Green tea mousse cake made specially for Winnie’s birthday

We celebrated Winnie’s birthday in Greenwich last Saturday. It was a house party, different from any her previous parties that I’d been to which have always been parties at bars. Winnie said that she’d have canapes but I didn’t realise that she’d have a fridge full! I baked her a green tea mousse cake. I’m very happy with the outcome of the cake, everyone enjoyed it and especially glad that it made Winnie happy.
