How sweet it is…

… to hang out with people that are so nice, normal, and lacking in political ambitions!! I’m sure we have our aspirations but it is so nice!!! We went out to a nice chic outdoor pub after work today to celebrate a team member’s birthday. A bottle of champagne and a bottle of wine over getting-to-know-yous… People talking animatedly about food!!

I am again amazed by people who focus on the big, important, urgent things. It’s reset a skewed perspective that the littlest hiccup in the agenda is the end of the world.

I am happy. The work is busy and tiring but it’s worth it. when you spend half your day at work, it’s really important to be happy at work.
