My favourite things

1. Breakfast
2. Strawberry jam

But this is not your run of the mill strawberry jam, oh no. Not something that you can just pick up at Tesco or Sainsbury’s (or Cold Storage or NTUC if you live in Singapore). Sometimes, just sometimes, you can find a small selection of England Preserves (sorry, there’s no company website right this moment but you can google) at Waitrose but not the whole range, and it’s pretty amazing jam!

My favourite is the Strawberry & Vanilla Royale. It’s strawberry and then some. Vanilla is one of my favourite things too and it just make the jam richer and less tart than the strawberry alone. The Raspberry is my 2nd favourite. I had some hand delivered to Singapore recently and love having it for breakfasts on a slice of baguette from Sun Moulin.
