Spicy Italian sausage and vegetable casserole

My cousin Adeline introduced me to Papa Palhetta coffee the last trip so yesterday meeting up for coffee, she introduced me to Loysel’s Toy, sister cafe to Papa Palhetta, which is more of a coffee roaster than a cafe. My family and I decided to go to Crystal Jade Kitchen at Plaza Singapura today for dinner. Plaza Singapura is a shopping mall that I dislike immensely because it’s frequented by J-pop idolising teenagers and “aunties” - middle-to-old aged ladies who speak Mandarin or dialect only, and as a result, really crowded.
