Homemade coleslaw with sliced tomatoes
I finally made something today. Coleslaw. It was fresh, didn’t require heat to cook, and the Cold Storage at United Square didn’t have sufficient ingredients for me to make the other salad I wanted to make; could not get my hands on baby spinach, radishes, cranberries or almonds. Some people I met in Santa Fe
Loads of pictures of Megan and one of Megan and I, taken by Tartelette. Megan and I found that we had so much in common, from the insane love of eggs to best friends with the same name (spelt differently though, her’s is Shari and mine’s Cheri). Oh and we give nicknames to the people in our lives. Unfortunately, I’m much shorter than she is, as you can see :)

Amazing veggie lunch as reviewed by a carnivore
I was in Santa Fe from 5 - 9 May for a food styling and photography workshop conducted by the lovely Helene of Tartelette, organised by Angela Ritchie of Ace Camps. Kid in a candy store
