Two masters
One of the things that agencies aren’t very good at doing is a reporting structure. My view is that there’s a reason why most organization charts are upwards pointing triangles. All too often, I’ve seen juniors with more than a single reporting line. Most poeple in agencies don’t see this as a problem; it’s just the way things are.

Being Asian myself currently working in London, and even when I was working in Singapore in an industry that is ethnically and culturally diverse, I find that there is still a tendency for Asians to make subserve (if there is such a word) themselves to Westerners.

Two days in Taiwan
