ebaying part II
Several weeks ago I thought to sell my FZ50. I didn’t really have a replacement camera in mind. I have been thinking about the Panasonic G1 but just thinking and toying. Thought to ebay it. What a headache that was - the winning bidder got his account suspended the day after he bid and won the auction and though the 2nd highest bidder could buy it, he or she didn’t.

A peek into the Cotswolds
Our road trip to the Cotswolds was almost a month ago, when the leaves were just turning red and gold. Now it’s turned so cold in London, I shudder to think how much colder it is out of the city, further up north.

ebaying part I
Buying things on ebay is a lot easier than selling, I think. I’ve bought a couple of things on ebay before without too much hassle - a camera and a scanner. Now I’m trying to figure out how to sell on ebay. However, if any one wants to buy a camera off me directly and I don’t end up doing this through ebay, I’ll give you the rebate of whatever ebay and PayPal are charging....

Chocolate brownie cookie Sunday
I wasn’t feeling well today so didn’t venture far from the flat. Instead, I’d invited Julia and Michael over for afternoon tea and on the menu was chocolate brownie cookies [a recipe from Claudia Fleming’s The Last Course from Chubby Hubby’s blog. I reduced the amount of sugar by about 10% .

I love books. I love this book. I love pretty pictures. Particularly those with a wide depth of field so that there’s only one or two things the focus of the image.
Not good enough
I [stupidly] bought a pork katsu bento today from Wasabi today for lunch. Normally we have a lunch meeting on Mondays but it was moved to tomorrow. Stupidly I say because I had made my own tonkatsu over last Friday which tasted way better.
So my review of Wasabi’s pork katsu bento. The pork was rather stringy and tasted like chicken. Or maybe they gave me chicken katsu instead which could...
